We loved your soup. It is just the two of us so there is a lot leftover. Can you freeze this soup?

Hi Charlotte!

Absolutely! You can freeze it and just thaw and reheat it when you are ready to have it again. I've been told I cook for an army. It's the truth. :)

Many thanks for the kindness,

Courtney

Hi Courtney, I have a lot of frozen “riced” cauliflower. Could I make this recipe using it? If so, how much of the rice cauliflower shall I use? I am lookin forward to trying this recipe. Thank you!

Hi Rosa!

Yes, absolutely, riced cauliflower will work just fine! I would say about 5-6 cups would be adequate. Hope you enjoy it!
