Extra Creamy Ranch - A Low Carb, Keto Friendly Dressing Or Dipping Sauce

Do I have to be on a low-carb or keto diet to eat this sauce?

Heck, no! Everyone can indulge in this rich, delicious dressing. Try it, you won’t be sorry.

I like to make my dressings with this handy gadget. It’s perfect for measuring and blending! Get yours and start making awesome sauces with little effort.

So now that you’ve got the right tools, you will need:

1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1-2 Teaspoons Salt (This amount has been updated due to feedback. Please start with 1 teaspoon and adjust depending on taste.)
2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill
1 Teaspoon Dried Sage
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme

Fresh herbs can be substituted by doubling the quantities.

Measure all the ingredients into your blender cup. Blend on medium speed until smooth.

Yields 1 3/4 cups (28 tablespoons) ranch dressing.

By my calculations each tablespoon of dressing has approximately .57g of carbohydrate and 3g of fat.

I use the USDA Food Composition Database for these totals.

I made this for my husband and I. I didn’t have any granulated garlic, so I figured garlic powder would work just fine.. Holy moly it was garlicky! But my husband LOVES it. He says I need to sell it! Thank you for this awesome recipe, if you have a garlic lover, I totally recommend using garlic powder instead.

I made this many times and always loved it’s creaminess. Last time I made it I added half and avocado for the nutritional benefit and I love it even more now.
