So Now That You’ve Got the Right Tool, Preparing the Dressing Is Super Easy!

Measure all the ingredients into your blender cup and blend on medium speed until smooth. Fresh herbs can be substituted by doubling the quantities.

Yields 1 3/4 cups (28 tablespoons) ranch dressing.

By my calculations each tablespoon of dressing has approximately .57 grams of carbohydrate and 3 grams of fat.

I use the USDA Food Composition Database for these totals.

The perfect high-fat ranch dressing for dipping and dressing everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salt. (This amount has been updated due to feedback. Please start with 1 teaspoon and adjust depending on taste.)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

I made this for my husband and I. I didn’t have any granulated garlic, so I figured garlic powder would work just fine.. Holy moly it was garlicky! But my husband LOVES it. He says I need to sell it! Thank you for this awesome recipe, if you have a garlic lover, I totally recommend using garlic powder instead.

HOLY COW!! This is soooo good. HV Ranch was basically the only dressing I ate till I started Keto and this recipe is delicious!! Even just tasting it right after making it it is yummy and the seasonings hadn't even had time to sit and mix. Soooo good, thank you for sharing this!
